Emperor Qianlong wrote poem for the victory of Khorgos in 1758:
今春我師剿逆夷,首戰實和落霍澌,斬將搴旗早報捷,酬勞頒賚已有差,即今生解俘囚至,曰渥赭特宰桑伊,散秩大臣曾授職,乃敢倡亂如鴞鴟,面詢彼所致敗故,咋舌惟歎天奪其,彼衆猶有千餘騎,覘知我寡設計奇,輜重遠行誘我逐,層層伏賊據險巇,官軍四百始馳至,少騎示弱山之陲,我進彼乃蠭涌集,銃礮如雨循環施,我軍曾無一傷者,百靈擁護信有之,衝鋒突入矢齊發,賊乃喪膽紛離披,鹿埵隴種各逃命,大鞣大膊張軍威,殲彼屍僵近四百,負傷遁者數無訾,是誠天助額手慶,奮勇要亦資人為,問率軍者其人誰,超勇親王家聲貽,戊寅新秋月作御筆 。
