“Nature’s colors and shapes whisper softly into my pieces. Patterns of creation subtly inform my work. My rods of glass have been compared to strands of DNA, the building blocks of life itself. I find it fitting to use them exclusively in my works that are molded by my experiences and inspired by my dreams.”

Virginia Wilson started her fascination with glass in 1982, working primarily with stained glass. In 1993, she entered into the Glass Program at Sheridan College School of Crafts and Design. Since graduating in 1996, she has been working in her artistic domain, specializing in filigree glass. Wilson lives in
Wilson has been exhibited widely in both juried and invitation only exhibitions within Canada and the United States and her work is found in private and public collections throughout North America and abroad. Wilson lives in Milton, Ontario
