one side stained red, each piece elaborately detailed, kings with pierced galleries, kings and bishops under pierce crested miters, queens with plumes, half horses as knights, turrets with cannons as rooks, and pawns with undercut imperial crowns
king height 4.5" — 11.5 cm.

CONDITION DETAILS

Red side faded. One replaced leg to each white horse figure. Losses to base petals on several figures, and to crowns on four pawns, and one white pawn crown a replacement.
