Exhibited:

In 1983, it is recorded in the book cited below that Bonanotte participated in the inauguration of the Italian Institute of Culture in Toronto with a one-man show. He later travelled to Montreal (1984) for a one-man show at the Galerie Esperanza and later visits Ottawa for a one-man show at the Galerie Montcalm-Hull.

Note:

Cecco Bonanotte cast his bronzes from the lost wax method. Each sculptural work is a unique, single casting he sketched and made wax models of in his studio in Rome. The President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano, and the President of France, Francois Mitterand, inaugurated the new bronze portal created by Bonanotte for the Musée du Luxembourg in Paris, France. In 2000, Pope John Paul XXIII inaugurated Cecco’s new entrance portal to the Vatican Museum. A major millennium project, the Vatican Museum portal is 8 metres high and 4 metres wide.
