the 12 inch square brass dial signed Peter Garon on the silvered chapter ring with secondary seconds ring and date aperture fronting a three train movement with dead beat escapement, inside countwheel striking a bell and chiming on a nest of 8 bells in an Arabesque inlaid case with ormolu mounted flat top hood, the door flanked by 3/4 columns, the trunk door with glazed pendulum aperture, all on block plinth
height 77.5" — 196.9 cm.

CONDITION DETAILS

Movement clean and in good working order, although not guaranteed. Case in substantially good condition, with a few minor losses to inlay on plinth. Crack to trunk aperture glass. Seat board probably later.
