comprising four pieces, each cast and chased with a spirited battle scene on one side and a medieval banquet attended by Cupid on the other, the covers with exotic birds on branches below seated figure or dragon finials, with moulded scroll spouts and carved ivory or cast flying bird handles on four demi-hound and scroll mounted mask feet

CONDITION DETAILS

Gilding is a little worn, mainly on the coffee pot; one or two very minor dents; otherwise substantially in good condition; well marked on the sides near handles, on top of the covers, on the finials and nuts; the bases stamped with letter D (S on the teapot)
