both relating to the MIdland District (Kingston), the first dated 7 July, 1803 to James Jackson for 154 acres in Ernest Town, signed and initialed by Peter Hunter, Lieutenant Governor, William Jarvis, Provincial Secretary, and Peter Russell, Receiver General; the second dated 12 March 1809 to Christeen Cumming for 200 acres in Camden, signed by William Jarvis, Provincial Secretary, Francis Gore, Lt. Governor, William Firth, Attorney General and Prideaux Selby, Auditor General, each with large laid paper covered wax seal
