Aside from the edition of 200. With the title page and the colophon. The colophon numbered “A/P” in pencil. Printed by Atelier Michel Casse, Paris. Published by Raymond & Raymond Inc. in association with Circle Gallery Ltd., New York. Contained in a “special portfolio” (the original linen portfolio).
