Dominion Gallery, Montreal, Inventory No. E4744 to the label verso, one of 20 works by Gall purchased by Dominion Gallery directly from the artist, Paris in 1968, this lot being entered in the DG stock books as the 17th painting of the 20 Gall’s acquired by them, number “17” inscribed to the canvas verso;
Sold to Baron Wolf von Richtofen, Canada in 1976 (Max Stern helped him settle in Canada);
Sold to Chantal Holdings, Town of Mount Royal, PQ in 1987;
Private Collection, Montreal
