Note:

Glen Rabena was born and raised in Wapato Washington. He became interested in carving Northwest Coast style in 1970, and moved to Quesnel, B.C. where he studied at the Kitanmax School of Northwest Coast Art.
As he grew as an artist, his works became popular with collectors and galleries. His ability to capture the spirit in his works are avidly sought after by Northwest Coast and Wildlife collectors, and he is often commissioned to produce ceremonial objects to be used at potlatches.

In 1987, Rabena was adopted into the Eagle Clan by Haida Chief Claude Davidson. He and his brother carved the first modern day totem pole to be raised for naming their chief.
