Provenance:

Sisters of St. Joseph, a convent in the Hamilton-Dundas region of Ontario;
Private Collection, Kitchener, Ontario

Note:

The Sisters of St. Joseph convent in Dundas opened in 1951. The contractor was Pigott construction and the architects were Marani and Morris of Toronto.

Newspaper coverage of the September 1951 opening noted the convent was considered to have one of the finest collections of liturgical art collections in Ontario.
