Oil on canvas, in a painted oval; signed “J. Reynolds, dated indistinctly “...3” and titled in sepia pen and ink to an old paper label to the stretcher. Also titled in pen and ink to the Frost and Reed gallery label to the stretcher further inscribed: “From the collection of ... Annette de Polignac” to this label.
