Colour woodcut on watermarked, plain paper, the watermark in reverse to the bottom margin being indistinct as it is covered by a masking tape hinge that covers the watermark at the back of the sheet; signed and numbered 6/150 in red pencil to margin, titled “Purgatory - Banque De Nocher” to the typed label verso backing, No. GB 61834 and titled again “Purgatory/ La Barque De Nocher” in pen and ink to the backing paper verso. Inscribed in pen and ink “GB 61834” to the Vincent Price gallery label on the verso backing
