With photographs by Andy Warhol and text by Andy Warhol, with Bob Colacello, Grosset & Dunlap, New York, 1979; the half-title page, signed by Andy Warhol with an original drawing of a butterfly heart and with dedication: "To Harry" (or Harvey) in black permanent marker. Hardcover with offset lithograph dust jacket. Together with a newspaper clipping from The Toronto Sun, November 19, 1979 announcing Warhol's attendance at David Mirvish Books in Toronto where he is shown autographing this new book release for a woman selling 282 copies that includes views of Truman Capote, Bianca Jagger, Margaret Trudeau and other famous celebrities.
