Two volumes illustrated with a total of 347 facsimile gravures. Contained in a cream buckram over black cloth gilt embossed hard cover box, opening to a purple felt lined interior and the two similarly bound volumes containing the plates. Published by Random House and Maecenas Press, New York in 1970.
